    4. Intellectual Property

    Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the custom work we create for you, excluding any third-party components, templates, or tools which remain the property of their respective owners. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio.

    5. Payment Terms

    Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for overdue payments. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    MM Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

    7. Warranty Disclaimer

    Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

    8. Termination

    Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

    9. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
